Capacity Building for Non-Governmental Organizations: We help non-governmental organizations, through training and technical assistance, to improve their strategic planning, fundraising, operations, management, public relations, marketing, and technology support. To date, more than 5000 Czech NGO staff members have benefitted from our learning opportunities.

Leadership: We strengthen the core competencies non-governmental organizational leadership in the Czech Republic. To date, more than 500 NGO leaders and executives have improved their professional effectiveness and advocacy influence through our training activities and resources.

Partnership and Networking: We cultivate partnerships for social good among the non-governmental, public, and private sectors in the Czech Republic. To date, an active community of more than 600 advocates, policy experts, researchers, funders, public officials, and business leaders have continued to build a supportive community of knowledge sharing and leadership support for local, regional, and national coordination.

Policy Advocacy: Spiralis is a catalyst for policy  advocacy affecting the Czech non-governmental sector. From our initial convening of NGO representatives to shape the legislative and regulatory framework for our sector, we have expanded our scope to reflect the broader theme of social responsibility and social entrepreneurship  to build stronger communities.
